The worst weather of the year. A foot of snow here, a foot of snow there. And a cold wave keeping the high temperatures under 15 degrees Fahrenheit, so salt doesn’t melt the road ice. Who would live here year round? That’s the thinking we love! This is the moat that keeps the tourists from becoming citizens.
