Ok, not really. But I devoured a filet of Michigan salmon for breakfast, lunch and dinner. First filets from our restocked freezer. Our June expedition was such a fantastic trip!
Baked goodness from a very simple recipe. A style we brought from Oregon. Skin down on a cooking sheet. Seasoned lightly with Lowery. Light coating of mayo, then onion, tomato and shredded cheese. Baked for ~20 minutes at 375 degrees until cheese was browned.
A recipe so simple I could even do it. But I didn’t of course.
So many delicious ways to prepare salmon. This is a personal favorite. But already planning next week on the cedar planks and grill.
