Which means surfing on Lake Michigan is still a go! I didn’t make it down to the beach today, but a whole batch of brave souls did.
Last year at this time, there was plenty of ice forming. With highs in the low 40’s for the upcoming week we should stay ice-free. I am really looking forward to that first arctic front of the winter to pour across the warm lake water and give us some epic snow.
