Why has this not already happened? Why not Clinton, one of the Bush’s, Obama?
As it was said it took Nixon to go to China, maybe, just maybe, Trump could do something no other president has accomplished. Congress would back the action, fully fund and pass any required long term legislation. How could they not? Of course the bad news for many is it would probably get Trump reelected. Small price to pay for a true step forward.
